1.1.27 $IFNDEF : Start conditional compilation

If the symbol Name is dened then the f$IFNDEF nameg will skip the compilation of the text that follows it to the rst f$ELSEg or f$ENDIFg directive. If it is not dened, then compilation continues as if the directive wasn't there.
